Free Consultation. I offer a free initial consultation and project estimate. Whether new or expanding, undergoing a transition, or facing challenges, I am eager to customize a strategy for any workplace.

Assessment. As a trained social scientist, my assessment skill set makes me unique in the human resources space. I offer tools for evaluating processes and projects, individual performance, employee and customer satisfaction, and workplace climate. Work with me to customize proven templates or create original instruments. I also offer survey programming and administration as well as analysis and reporting.

Reports, Rubrics, and Action Plans. I offer data analysis, data modeling, and reporting to help you understand and share assessment results or other organizational data. I can also help you connect baseline data to action steps through the creation of clear and concise rubrics, continuous improvement plans, and other roadmaps for success. 

Policy Audits. Clear, fair, and well-understood policies are essential to a happy and productive workplace. They are key to preventing and responding to adverse personnel incidents, and they are the foundation of employee satisfaction, retention, and accountability. So if you're second-guessing your unlimited PTO policy, thinking about new perks, or worried about poor performance on work-from-home days, let's talk! 

Trainings, Workshops, and Facilitation. I offer a number of prepared trainings and workshops on standard HR topics (like communication, team building, equity and inclusion, sexual harassment*, and discrimination*) as well as a range of employee well-being topics. I also work with teams to customize or create new offerings and can serve as a facilitator for team meetings and retreats with all kinds of goals. My presentation style is interactive, adaptive, and responsive with a focus on problem-solving. 

Employee Well-being. I can help you make a plan for regularly and visibly supporting employee well-being through community resources, peer connection, and workplace programming - even if you already subscribe to an EAP and even if you don't have much of a budget. For well-being concerns about individual employees (e.g. health, behavior, family), I can advise you in professional and appropriate ways to engage.

Leadership Development and Coaching. I provide group and individual resources for leaders at any stage in their career. I can help you get off to a good start with a new employee or group, improve your communication and relationships, identify challenge and growth areas, get better results from your team, and respond to difficult issues and incidents. 

Incident Response and Mediation*. I offer a range of strategies for responding to adverse dynamics and incidents in the workplace and can advise you in creating and implementing fair and effective responses. Where appropriate, I can also provide experienced conflict mediation services, facilitating controlled and productive communication between individuals. 

Individual Improvement Plans. Individual improvement plans (sometimes called personal improvement plans, or PIPs) present challenges and opportunities for everyone involved. I help leaders make room for growth, leveraging individual strengths and external resources to give employees the best odds of success - whether remaining with your organization or embarking on another path. If interpersonal education is an aspect of an individual improvement plan, I provide one-on-one, proficiency-based coaching on a variety of topics. 

Exit Plans*. Parting ways with a team member is always difficult, but approaching a potential termination without a sound strategy can make this process - and its aftermath - even harder. I can help you devise a fair and straightforward exit plan, concurrent with a PIP, and advise you on the important documentation and communication that should accompany it. 

Community Outreach and Social Responsibility. I have extensive experience helping organizations develop and implement community outreach and civic engagement plans. This includes promoting and supporting employee volunteerism, making strong connections with neighbors, supporting worthy causes in your area, creating mentorship and internship programs, and more.
